company was founded by restaurateur owner Jim Lukens. Jim grew up in
Southeastern PA and Delaware where he continues to live, raise his family and
lead our company. After a career of operating a few large local companies, Jim
developed a passion for Food and Service. Time on the road across the country
Jim experienced some of the best and not so best of the restaurant industry.
